Spec Kitty · TeamSpace
TeamSpace is the control plane for spec-driven development — activity, tickets, source, missions, and decisions in one calm, honest view.
uv tool install --force "spec-kitty-cli==4.0.0rc2"
Team Kitty prerelease 4.0.0rc2, published to PyPI. Start free · Sign in · Free private beta. No card.
Team Kitty shows what the Spec Kitty CLI does. Nothing appears here until someone runs it — so start there.
Two commands, on your laptop. Everything else happens from there.

Point the CLI at this server and log in once. Verification happens from inside a clone, in the steps that follow.

spec-kitty auth login
Install the Spec Kitty GitHub App on the account or organization that owns your repository. Repositories the App can see are admitted automatically — there is no CLI command for this.
A repository no team admits produces nothing anywhere — no moments, no presence. When spec-kitty routes answers "not admitted to any team", this is the step that is missing. Your team's Connectors page shows every repository the App admitted.
In a clone of a repository your team admits:
spec-kitty routes
Spec Kitty Team Routing team: your team · relay: your team's relay
See your team and relay? You are connected.
spec-kitty specify "our first shared mission"
spec-kitty plan
spec-kitty tasks
spec-kitty agent tasks move-task WP01 --to doing
Then move WP01 to for_review and done. Every move shows up here within a second — and invite a second teammate to watch it happen: one person's moments are a diary, two people's are the product.
Why TeamSpace

Missions to Decisions
A mission keeps the spec, the tasks, and every work-package file together as the plan takes shape. When the team hits a fork in the road, a decision-moment captures the question, the options, and the approvals – resolved right where you already talk, in Slack.
Free during private beta. Paid GA via Polar later.
